I’m currently based in Berlin, Germany and offering private and small group sessions, either from the comfort of your own home, in my flat, or in-office.

In-office / Corporate

  • Power Nap Nidra: 25-30 min sessions of guided Yoga Nidra, either for a pre-workday or midday pick-me-up. 30 min of Yoga Nidra is comparable to ~2 hours of restful sleep.

  • Morning Movement to wake up: 45-60 min yoga class, includes a short guided meditation to ground you for your day and set you up for focus and productivity. long-held seated poses to stimulate the connective tissues and release tension are paired with light muscle activation exercises to wake up the body gently.

Personalized Guided Yoga Nidra

  • Sankalpa Crafting: a 30-min workshop-style session to help guide you to your personal vow / deep intention for your Yoga Nidra practice. this includes short writing exercises, journaling, time for reflection, and a little bit of magic ;)

  • Personalized Guided Yoga Nidra sessions, from 25–45 min in length depending on individual

what is yin yoga?

yin yoga is a practice of long-held seated poses, each lasting from 2–6 min, depending on the pose and the individual.
through physical stillness and with time, we safely stress the connective tissues (joints, fascia, bones, ligaments, tendons) and allow the body to open up and release. this is the physical aspect.
but through slowing down the breath and keeping the body still, you can drop out of your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) and drop down into your parasympathetic nervous system—the system for rest & rejuvenation.
with physical stillness you have the opportunity to observe your mind and the quality of your thoughts from a place of nonjudgment. it's an opportunity to become more sensitive to your energy, the sensations in your body, and the state of your mind. yin yoga is essentially a series of mini meditations :)

what is yoga nidra?

this is like guided meditation that you do while lying down with eyes closed. meditation implies concentration, but Yoga Nidra is a state of being that exists below the thinking analytical mind.

Yoga Nidrā [Sanskrit for Yogic Sleep] is an ancient practice that promotes full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. it’s a practice in surrendering to the subconscious as you allow your physical body to slip into a sleeplike state. Yoga Nidra is effective practice in relieving stress, boosting the immune system, and not only rejuvenating but actually reprogramming the body & mind.
